Strawberry and Roses, one of my most special jams. Strawberries at their optimum point of maturation and rose water to make this jam so romantic. It is very suitable for toasts, biscuits and yoghurts, although it can also be used in white, red and game meats. Of course, with this jam nobody is indifferent. It is a perfect gift.
Ingredients: strawberries sugar, rose water and  Agar-Agar!
