The Apple, Rum and Raisins jam is really amazing. It is made with great Golden apples, high-quality black rum and authentic sultanas. It is very easy to combine thanks to its subtle flavour and creamy texture, although it is specially designed for pairings with fresh foie or micuit. In addition, alcohol disappears during processing, so anyone can consume it.
Ingredients: golden apples, sugar, black rum, sultanas and  Agar-Agar!
