Hummus of real quinoa and spirulina
Inspired by Arab cuisine. Qummus is our own hummus recipe, made by real quinoa, pea protein and spirulina instead of chickpeas.
Its flavour is soft and citric. The texture is very unctuous thanks to tahini and extra virgin olive oil.
Qummus is an excellent source of micronutrients and easily absorbed proteins. It can help with muscle recovery and body fatigue. The real Quinoa is 100% gluten free since it is grown in Peru at more than 2000 m altitude
Qummus is perfect for crudites of carrot, celery, cucumber or adding in vegan burgers or preparing Wraps
Ingredients: Real quinoa 72 per cent, arbequina extra virgin olive oil, squeezed natural lemon, tahini sesame, spirulina 0.6 per cent, pea protein, spices, sea salt and citric acid
