Our Peach and Lavender jam is prepared with Spanish peaches together with lavender grown by ourselves in our garden. It is a jam with an intense peach flavour and a spectacular flower touch, which makes it a very special jam and full of personality. Try it with all kinds of cheeses, on toast, biscuits or cakes. Also in yoghurts and curds.
Ingredients: Spanish peaches,  sugar, lavander and Agar-Agar!
