This jam will be a success at any time. We make it with strawberries at the right point of maturation, authentic Canarian banana and cookies. A jam with childhood memories. Memories of those shakes that our grandmothers and mothers made. You can eat it on toast, yoghurt, curd or fresh cheese, but believe me, it’s best to eat it by spoonfuls. Kids love it!
