This jam is made with Conference pear, together with Valencian lemons and one of the best vanilla in the world. It is a jam very soft in flavour and very fine texture. The pear flavour is spectacular, with acidic lemon touches and the subtlety and persistence of the vanilla. Without a doubt, it will become one of your favourite jams. Ideal for special breakfasts and to accompany fresh cheeses, yoghurts or curds.
