Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Serrana de Espadán variety native to the Sierra Espadán and Sierra Calderona natural parks. Fruity oil, slightly sweet and aromas of almond and other fruits, is an enjoyment for the senses. The product is excellent.
The growing of the olive tree was established in antiquity, there are thousand-year-old trees. The olive trees are cultivated in fields. The quality of the oil obtained is due; to the Mediterranean climate, to the shallow soils, to the Serrana de Espadán variety and to the cultural practices deeply rooted in tradition and the process of oil production. The oil has its own characteristics, different from other oils of Extra Virgin Olive.
