NO NI NA is an INNOVATIVE product on the market that combines two of the most characteristic elements of Spanish food, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Iberian cured meats. This combination did not exist until now and has differentiating elements with respect to the traditional commercialization of the sausage that is made in pieces or in vacuum slices.
The products are Virutas or shavings and do not confuse with slices. Its conservation is with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, avoiding the need for cold for maintenance and transport. It also allows a variety of uses other than traditional slicing because when being sliced __can be used either directly as a pate or similar to spread a snack, sandwich, canapes, etc. or as an ingredient when it comes to cooking: tortillas, scrambled eggs, decorating dishes, etc.
